人在夜间睡眠时,身体各系统处于半休眠状态:血压下降、心率减慢、呼吸变慢、尿量减少、代谢率减低等。
醒来后,各系统需要从半休眠状态逐渐转变为工作状态。如果马上起床,由于身体尚未适应工作状态,会出现头晕、心慌,甚至四肢乏力、反应迟钝等现象。
所以,早上起来不忙起床,先静躺5分钟,同时做10次深呼吸,然后缓慢坐起,伸3-5次懒腰,下床后喝一杯温开水,待身体恢复正常状态后,再进行晨练或其他活动。
另外,人的心血管壁在清晨时最脆弱,对高血压、冠心病、动脉硬化、血管狭窄的患者来说,由于夜间血压下降、心跳缓慢,突然起床最容易引发意外。
腰椎病患者在早晨醒来后,也不要马上起床,防止扭伤腰背部;骨质疏松的老年人也要注意这点,防止发生骨折;前列腺炎和便秘患者,最好保证每天清晨喝2杯温开水,这样既能保持体内足够的水分,还能起到稀释尿液、清肠通便的作用。
