“我国的快递业已走进千家万户，可以说‘无处不在’。在推动流通方式转型、促进消费升级方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。”中国国际发展知识中心副主任魏际刚说，快递业已成为经济循环畅通的重要标志。从春节期间寄递服务保障成效和节后生产运营恢复的衔接来看，今年有很大提升，快递正在迈向下一个发展层级——“无时不至”。
魏际刚认为，今年快递业能快速恢复的原因，除了疫情趋缓、经济复苏、消费提振等因素外，还有赖整个行业的未雨绸缪。无论是春节前对假期寄递服务保障工作的周密部署，还是春节期间上下联动对假期服务保障情况的督导检查，以及春节后大力推进保通保畅和复工返岗工作，邮政管理部门发挥了统筹协调的作用，快递企业也备好人力物力做好服务保障。
国家邮政局表示，2023年将继续推进农村寄递物流体系建设，加强县级寄递公共配送中心和村级寄递物流综合服务站建设，推广交邮合作、邮快合作等共同配送模式，深化农村“客货邮”融合发展，开展农村电商快递协同示范创建。

“The express delivery business has found its way into huge numbers of families and it is simply ‘ubiquitous’, playing an increasingly important part in pushing forward the transition of circulation modes and in promoting the upgrade of consumption”, said Wei Jigang, vice-director of China International Development Knowledge Center. He believes that “express delivery industry has become the representation of unimpeded economic circulation. Judging by the coordination between the service safeguarding of delivery during the vacation and the resumption of business after the Spring Festival, this year has witnessed a great elevation in this field; and express delivery industry is stepping forward to the next level, i.e. ‘delivery at any time’”.
Wei holds that the reason for the rapid recovery of express delivery this year not only lies in the remission of the pandemic, economic resurgence, and boost of expenditure, but also in the precautions taken by the entire industry itself. The postal management institutions played the role of overall arrangement and coordination in the deliberate deployment for the guarantee of the service of delivery business before the Spring Festival, as well as in the safeguard of smooth flow of packages and the powerful promotion of the returns of the workers and the resumption of the business after the vacation, when the companies were also well-prepared in terms of manpower and material resources for the work.
China Post Administration expresses the opinion that in 2023, rural logistics system concerning express delivery is to be further constructed; the construction of county-level distribution centers of express delivery and village-level comprehensive service stations are also to be intensified. Meanwhile, modes of shared distribution, such as cooperation between transportation and postal service as well as between postal service and express delivery industry, are to be implemented. In addition, the rural integrative development of “passengers, goods and postal service” transportation is also to be further promoted and creation of model synergy between e-commerce and express delivery is to be carried out/(initiated).
